The Per-post Override add-on for Better Notifications for WordPress allows you to override the notifications that you have set-up on a per post / page / custom post basis.

You can choose to override a notification and then enable or disable it. Additionally, you can change which Users / user Roles you’d like to send it to for the post / page / post type that you’re editing.
